The following allergens may be present in the food we supply:- cereals, peanuts, nuts, fish, crustaceans, molluscs, sesame seeds, eggs, milk and milk products (including lactose), soy beans, celery, lupin, mustard, gluten, tree nuts, sulphur dioxide and sulphites at levels above 10 mg per kg or 10 mg per litre expressed as SO2.

 

Please note that we use ingredients that may have been produced in an environment which processes nuts. We cannot guarantee that any product we serve will be nut-free. Additionally, some cakes such as bakewell tart, carrot cake and coffee cake may have nuts on top for decoration, or within the cake mixture itself.

 

Any order placed through this website or in our tea room is deemed to have been placed once the above allergen notice has been read. Our allergen notice is also included in each product description. We can not be held liable for any allergic reactions that arise if this notice is not heeded.
